Plot

Finn and Bez have found themselves in a battle to the death, forced against each other in the case of survival of the fittest. They each have there own reasons to live, and so in the end it is a battle to test who has the stronger will to live.

It was low tide, the clouds blacked out the sun letting only a shimmer of light shine through. Bez stood on the beach, his eyes locked forward confused and frustrated with himself as he tried to sort out his memories and emotions as to how he ended up in such a situation. He couldn't leave as the magic barrier would not allow either of them to get but so far from each other without one killing the other. After thinking about it he couldn't help but wonder how his adversary felt about the entire situation, killing was not exactly something he liked doing, but when it came down to it, if killing was the only answer then he would have to answer that call.

Bez's staff appeared in his hands as he readied himself to do battle, he was nervous as he did not have any information on his opponent other than the fact that he was a young boy, who in most people's general opinion seemed harmless. Bez knew better not to judge him for his looks though, "I suppose I will make this quick and as painless as possible" He said as he took aim with the staff he had summoned, blue light began to glow from the tip of the staff as electricity surged through his entire being, his hair stood on end and random sparks of electricity jumped out from his body.

He let out a sigh, after finishing circulating the energy through his body, and then began to take careful steps towards Finn, not as a means to sneak up on him but Bez did not always have the best control when aiming from a distance, and he wanted to guarantee he would get a kill shot, to indeed make this quick and painless. As he inched his way closer he grew more and more nervous of what Finn might have been capable of... the thought scared him as he stopped in his tracks, while still aiming his staff.

The fear almost became a paralyzing factor as to many doubts filled his mind; one could see the stress build up on his face as he began to tremble. He began to hyperventilate as he could feel the moment drawing near, he would then quickly shut his eyes and wave his staff as several wild bolts of electricity would fly out shooting wildly and randomly, outwards in Finn's general direction.

Finn had no thought aside from the fact that he was confused. How did he get here? Who was the other person? Why was he here? it was obviously for a battle, which Bezyle seemed to be preparing for. He stepped back cautiously, wanting to be prepared for whatever Bez would throw out. Finn jumped slightly when the electricity ran through his opponents body. Shit. It just had to be electricity. Electricity is plasma, the forth type of matter that cannot be altered in its state, in other words, Finn could only defend against it. He stretched one arm above himself and changed the air into a solid shield, though it wasn't his first thought Oxygen was not a conductor of electricity, but an insulator, so even when when bolt hit it didn't electrocute him.

He ran to the edge of the water, running across it and turing it to ice as he ran. When he thought he was far enough out he turned back and yelled, "I don't want to fight unless I have to! Lets have a truce! I promise not to hurt you!" He was not aware that they were trapped in a magic barrier, though he was less that a foot away from it.

Bezyle wasn't going to speak from this point in terms of peace; he already had his mind made up. As his electric bolts were deflected. His staff continued to fire bolts of electricity and did not let up, not stopping the flow of electricity. The clouds in the area began to come together and they all hovered above Bez as the electricity from the cloud gave it a blue luminescent glow. His staff resembled the glow as the lightning bolts became infused with the generator that he had made for himself in the cloud.

As Finn was running his mouth Bez followed up with a different attack, this time he formed an electric bolt in his hand. It solidified becoming stable plasma that he could grip, and feel. It was so concentrated that it had even blinded Bez, he hurled it in the general direction of Finn, not particularly hoping to hit him, but if it did that would indeed prove fatal.

Obviously Bezyle wasn't going to listen to him. He squinted his eyes at the bright light Bez was forming in his hand, he barely managed to doge it, and decided to stop running and just fight. Finn jumped in the water, swimming toward the shore. He wasn't too far out, so when he did emerge it was shallow enough for his feet to touch the bottom, he put his hand to the water, quickly making an ice shield and holding it in front of himself, trying to advance closer to Bez. If Finn could just get close enough to touch him…he could melt the others skin.

As Finn dodged the electric bolt, it flew into the water electrifying it in the process as it was anchored to the ocean depths and made the water constantly electrified. When Finn dove into the water his body was fried in the process. It was a unwanted death, but indeed a necessary one. Bez couldn't help but tear up a little as his electricity calmed down. The forcefield went down luckily, so thinking quickly Bez dragged Finn's body out of the water in hopes of saving him. He quickly grabbed Finn by the shoulders and and pressed to fingers into Finn's spine sending a neuroelectric shock into Finn's brain and body, he did this in hopes of restarting Finns body similar to how one would restart a computer. After he had managed to reactivate his brain, his heart started beating and he would eventually begin to breath again. After completing the task of jump starting all of Finn's functions he drained Finn of any remaining electricity that could have been potentially lethal.

Once it was clear that Finn would survive this encounter Bez quickly flew off into the clouds, not wanting to be seen or noticed. He escaped the magic fields for now, but who knows if he could save the ones he had to kill later on.
