"Come to me, fools." Hatch muttered under his breath as Rage and Sloth charged at him. "I will show you the price for underestimating me..." Hooking his sword onto his belt, Hatch slid his right foot back and raised his arms palms-outward. The temperature of the air around him began to drop as his inertia rose exponentially, tiny frost crystals appearing across the shoulders of his coat.

Sloth thrust his spear at Hatch, the flagpole-sized weapon large enough to skewer him like a shish-kebab, but the assassin turned it aside with the back of his left hand as easily as if he were brushing a leaf out of the air. The blade of the spear passed by Hatch's left side, the power of the jab causing a gust of wind powerful enough to make his coat billow out behind him. Placing his left hand on the hilt of the spear, Hatch wrapped his left arm over and around it, trapping the weapon between his inner left arm and his side. His inertia was so great that the spear might as well have been pinned beneath a thousand tons of rock. Hatch tightly gripped the haft of the spear as he stepped forward with his right foot, pushing his right palm forward in a deceptively slow but immensely powerful blow aimed at Sloth's stomach. The palm strike would be like getting hit by a runaway freight train, more than enough to break Sloth's grip on his spear and send him hurtling backward into Rage.

Pain listened to the fighting in ecstasy as the feelings of abrupt pain from others surged through his form, he didn't bother moving at all completely comfortable in the midst of chaos however his mind lurched at the thought of someone attacking Greed, he felt Greed and him had a good relationship, even if he did not see too kindly with her. walking lazily over to Greed he listened to the sounds of battle allowing Empathy to get the upper hand and get on top of her physically getting pleasure and strength from the wounds she was causing Greed. "How cute." he grins devilishly as he reaches forward to grab Empathy by the shoulders and slam her on her back, not using any of his powers, merely his strength trying to stir up as much chaos in the fighting as possible.

Spirit however was not partaking in the festivities, standing much farther back and out of the way of the combat until she noticed Fear purposefully pitting people against Hatch. "You spineless swine." she muttered to herself as her kirpan, a curved ceremonial knife, appears strapped to her waist. Immediately as she draws it a blinding light just for a brief second. The curved dagger was decorated with imbedded Triquetas, each glowing a different color. "You sicken me." She shouts through an opening portal dashing through with a flourished spin aiming a horizontal slash straight through his center, light shines from the dagger extending its length to four feet on the slash, instantly diminishing afterwards.

As soon as this male stated the fighting to begin seeing most of these Avatars rushing at each other Asei felt as if she was unsure what to do. Once Life handed over the hairclip and stated his comment she could sense his words rung truth. He'd warped the girl and himself from the area placing the hairclip into her hair with her free hand, her other hand was placing Will's limp body down onto the ground. Standing for a moment she looked all around. She could feel the movement of the air against her skin as the others began to move about, but the air felt heavy once again. As if the nature around them could feel the deaths approaching. This was not their fight, not now at least she needed to repay Will and if she chose to stay here, now. They both would find death too easily and quickly. Crouching back down she grabbed Will, but he was too much weight for her to move. Have to think.

It made sense that she would be able to open a portal using the omnipotence, all the other Avatars used it in this way. At that moment she recalled the fight before, her strength was much more in size at that time. The ground beneath her began to shake and tremble in disapproval as the others fought. You could see the dirt flying up as if an earthquake shattered the very soul of the core. Her thought process was so displaced that she'd forgotten what will was the entire time. Closing her eyes she began to clear her mind from the thoughts of hopelessness and sadness. Asei knew what she needed do, as if it were a normal thing for her. And the only place she could think to take Will was where they originally stayed, in the Isles. Placing her thoughts onto this location she imagined it, pictured it, felt the need to be there. A portal did open beneath the both of them, pulling them in taking them from this large battle that played out.

Homecoming... - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Homecoming...   Homecoming... - Page 2 Icon_minitimeThu Mar 06, 2014 8:17 pm

Seeing a chance at freedom away from Fear, Envy was quick to flee from the battlefield, she opened a portal to the avatar realm and slipped in not being noticed by those who would have in particular wanted her to stay and fight. She had no idea where she would go from this point but anything would be better than staying in the midst of this chaos.

Upon seeing that Asei and courage had made it out safely, courage had attempted to follow them, but got lost along the oddball traverse path that Asei had created. He ended up in the avatar realm at first, but decided it would have been better for him to get back to his pupil to make sure she remained safe from all of this.

Hope and time were a little disappointed that when the chaos broke out, no one had directly gone after either of them considering they were the true reasons all of this chaos had even happened. They were the ones who told lust how to find Will, they were the ones who killed Pride... they were the ones who suggested it become a free for all. With things how they were they decided it would have best if they just moved onto the next step of their plan. They both began to move into action, the first Avatar they most certainly wanted out of the way was without a doubt Rage, but with how things were going Hatch would indeed fight for Time in a twisted manner as he was now locked in combat with both Sloth and Rage.  Time nodded to hope, taking his leave as this is where the correct puzzle pieces had led him. "It would be best if you left now as well... unless you want to die" Those were the last words of Time before he vanished in a time warp, displacing himself from present events.

Hope did not take Times words lightly, he knew Hatch was indeed a threat, but apparently he was needed alive for the time being, so Hope then decided to play a little game as he threw a single dice on the ground. "Have a little hope in me time... I won’t die for sticking around" The dice had turned into a Hope clone, as hope would sit and observe the battle alongside death.

As sloth was sent hurling back into rage, rage simply smacked him out of the way he was in full omnipotent force, as if he was a football player aiming for a touchdown he rammed at Hatch with his head with all of his rage to back it up in the process. He then grabbed Sloth's spear for himself, and took advantage of the situation to increase his own power. Rage found it all too easy to turn on his brothers as the moment he had rammed Hatch he grabbed the spear yanking it from Hatch in the process. He then used his own omnipotence to create a portal where he would appear behind sloth. Grabbing him by the neck he through sloth back at hatch as a means to do them both harm. Having two avatar weapons had increased his own power by a lot, as the ferocious nature of Slot added to the Rage that was Rage. He let out another roar and then began to charge at Hope as he was a bit to out of control at this point to focus on a specific target.

Pain had caught Empathy of guard, slamming her on her back she winced from the impact. Standing up she sighed, "It doesn't have to be this way... eventually she will grow tired of nibbling on you and she will eat all of you" She said, in an attempt to reason with Pain. She had formed the aura of regret in her hands and planned to use that as offensively next. Rather than taking a plasma shape to it, it looked more like a concentrated ball of water. "Don't make our family go through more emotional pain then it has too" She could understand the Irony in the words she said, but she held the utmost seriousness in her tone of voice.

The moment of piece would not last for more than five seconds as greed would jump up from the hole that empathy had put her in as she attempted to bite off her sisters shoulder one more. Her teeth had dug in extremely deep, and this had caused a tidal wave of water to erupt from Empathy's hands the energy was big enough to soak everyone in the immediate area, and drown them in the process, as it was big enough to have the entire tree engulfed in water. It would cause the entire planet to go through a series of thunder storms, as the water reaching that high up would melt with the clouds. Pain, Empathy, and greed would have been washed up in the tree not able to fight the waves.

As the water had managed to separate Empathy and Greed, greed would forever have a part of her sister with her as she had successfully taken Empathy's arm. She held it in her mouth like a dog would a bone while swimming in the harsh tidal wave in an attempt to make it to the top for oxygen.

Fear chuckled, as Spirit came at him with a knife, the light had managed to cut away at his skin, but the only thing that came out from his body was two fingers. They then began to pull his skin apart as something had been trying to crawl it way out of what now appeared to be nothing but a dead carcass. A small voice could be heard shouting curses at Spirit, "Do you know how long it took me to get accustomed to this human!" Fear then fell into the shadows, and appeared behind Spirit grabbing a hold of her neck with his bare hands. He pulled out his scythe once more, but as he was about to chop off her neck the tidal wave had hit him and was blown away like a feather in the wind.

Pain could only chuckle at Empathy's words, his voice was cold as he spoke. "Don't you see Empathy dearest, that is absolutely fine with me." The thought of being completely consumed seemed comforting as his sword appeared in hand about the same time Greed leaped up causing the massive wave of water to take them all off guard. Pain managed to latch onto a sturdy tree pausing just for a second as the tree collapses from the pressure, Pain had no choice but to quickly open a portal taking himself and a swimming pool worth of water with him to what seemed like a swamp, very easily followed if anyone dared try to.

Spirit was shocked, her blade tainted by the body of the human made it almost too easy for Fear to grab hold of her, she struggled as her whole body begun to glow like her weapon Splash The wave crashed over them and she shined like a star deep within the water. "Disperse" She mumbles to herself as her  physical form deteriorates leaving only a very vulnerable spiritual state. In this state she dashed through the water with ease, and almost immediate found herself floating above the area, her dagger was the only physical part of her as she surveyed the destruction. "I won't miss next time Fear." she growls to the water before flying away with rapid speed, not wanting to be caught above the massive shroud of darkness the water caused.

Clutching Sloth's spear in both hands, Hatch raised it up in front of his body defensively as Rage bore down on him. He held it diagonally, braced near the top by his right palm, in the center by his left forearm, and near the bottom by the outside of his left thigh. His right foot was planted firmly behind him for stability, but even with his increased inertia he wasn't able to withstand Rage's attack. The headbutt slammed into the haft of the spear, knocking Hatch off his feet and causing him to lose his grip on Sloth's weapon--no easy feat given the superhuman strength Hatch's miracle gave him.

The assassin hit the ground on his back and immediately did a scissor-kick with his legs, causing his body to rotate on his left shoulder and flip him over into a crouched position. He let out a curse in Russian as he saw Rage take the spear; he'd underestimated Rage's strength and lost his greatest advantage only seconds after getting his hands on it. Hatch drew his sword from his belt and started sprinting after Rage, but skidded to a halt a moment later when Rage picked up Sloth and tossed him at the assassin.

Jacking up the inertia of his right foot, Hatch pivoted on his left and spun around in a reverse-roundhouse, sweeping his foot upward and slamming his heel into Sloth's body a split-second before the bestial avatar plowed into him. The impact redirected Sloth's trajectory, sending him hurtling into the air, followed by Hatch as he reduced his own inertia and jumped into the air after the avatar.

In midair time seemed to slow down as Hatch began slicing into Sloth with a frenzied barrage of lightning-quick sword slashes. The assassin's sword glowed bright orange from the speed with which he cut into the avatar, visible only as a blurred afterimage that seemed to come from multiple directions at once. Finishing up with a flip-kick that knocked Sloth back to the ground, Hatch landed a few yards away drove the point of his sword into the ground.

Hatch calmly adjusted his tie as Sloth collapsed into a gory mass of meaty chunks behind him, the avatar's blood spewing like a fountain.

Empathy had taken this chance to escape; she could not fight two of her siblings at once without some assistance. Because she was at the center of the eruption of water, she was pushed back the farthest, and having lost an arm. She then vanished within a portal; she would without a doubt go into hiding, somewhere secluded free from humans and Avatars.  [Exit empathy]

Greed on the other hand, was still hungry, and all of her bodies had been washed away, for certain. She cried out "Awaken" Unfortunately her voice could not make it through the water, to the coffins. She would scream it over and over again as the water dispersed and began to be soaked into the earth. Eventually her voice was heard, unfortunately for the person who heard it, Greed was on them like flies. The moment that person emerged from their coffin, greed jumped down on them from above swallowing them alive in one gulp. One could see how large her frame had become from not chewing her food. Her torso would move in all kinds of ways as inside of her stomach the human would begin to scream in an attempt to free herself. Eventually the screaming would stop, followed by the movement, and soon after Greed would revert back to her normal skinny self. Quickly digesting the human. She would then open a portal to go towards her secret stash where she would feast on many others. [Exit greed]

Seeing that Rage, was now on a rampage, fear being in his weakened form with no host human body, began to flee as well, making several portals that sent him deep underground, closer to the planets core where it was warmer and free from the chaos on the surface. It was his own little hiding spot, the only thing he had to fear was cave in and even then, by simply opening a portal to a random spot in the planets crust he had formed a stable and comfortable location to hide in. [exit fear]

When slot had died, a single soul ape had hopped out from deaths dimensional cloak and retrieved, slots soul devouring it. The ape had quadrupled in a size and when back towards death after doing so. He ape then pressed its forehead onto deaths skull and died on the spot. Passing on the souls into deaths pit of souls that existed inside of his body. "And so I have claimed what I came for" He then slowly began to walk away from the battlefield, almost as if he knew the outcome of how things would play out. He stood there for a moment, and grabbed Rage by the horn as he charged at hope. "A bit of fair warning Hope... I do this not because you are my brother, but because of it fitting my own personal gain... leave this place now... or be the next person I devour" He had held all of Rage's might with one bony muscle-less hand, clearly a gift of his own omnipotence, as he held the horn it slowly began to crack, as if it was slowly aging to the point where it was dying. Death then cracked the horn into pieces slamming Rage on his back. "If either of you two continues on this path you will meet true death... I fear... someone has been using both of you in the shadows" With that moment Death then vanished into the Avatar realm, a legion of spirit apes following him in the process.

Hope scoffed, at Death's warnings but then took a second look back at Hatch as he stood in the bloody mess that was his brother Sloth. After much debate, and though process he grabbed his brother Rage and pulled him into the Avatar realm in a quick attempt to flee. If hatch were brave enough to follow him, then he would indeed without a doubt use the now somewhat handicapped Rage as a decoy. He took the Sloth's staff from rage, seizing the opportunity of rage suffering from the other side effect of wielding Sloth's weapon of choice. He wouldn't plan on using it unless his plan for escape fell through.

Hatch pulled his sword from the ground, Sloth's blood boiling and evaporating from the glowing-hot blade. He turned his attention to Hope and started stalking toward the avatar while he was talking to Death. Although he'd had no love for Pride Hatch still bore a relentless hatred for the avatar of luck; it wasn't because he'd killed Pride, but rather because the avatar had tried to manipulate, and then attacked, Hatch.

When the avatar opened a portal and went through it with Rage Hatch broke into a run, blade raised and poised to strike. He wasn't fast enough though, as the portal closed right as he reached it. In desperation Hatch stuck his hands through the closing gateway, gripping the sides in an attempt to pry it open again. Amazingly, he actually succeeded in keeping it from fully closing for a few moments--not with brute force, but with the sudden understanding of the method, like seeing through an optical illusion by realizing how it worked. However, in spite of his efforts the portal soon receded and disappeared.

Cursing under his breath again Hatch let his sword's inertia and temperature return to normal and hooked it onto his belt. He looked around at the empty island and slowly lowered himself to a sitting position on one of the great Tree's roots, suddenly realizing how tired he was.
