Misaki was born and raised in Japan. The city of Tokyo was all she knew. Her parents were rather wealthy business owners and were constantly flying around the world to further their work. Misaki was normally tended to by her maids and servants of the house hold. She was constantly under watch and until she went to high school she was privately tutored. In her private tutor years, Misaki would always be seen with a body guard around town. She always rode in a limo and never had to pay for anything herself. She was your typical spoiled teenager. However, she was pretty lonely and actually very humble. She knew the only friends she had in her house were paid servants by her father to be friends with her and keep her from being lonely. With that being said she wondered if she could actually make any friends outside of that on her own.
A couple of months before her first year of high school, Misaki called her father who was currently in America, to beg him to let her go to an actual school. She pleaded that she needed to go out and learn what it means to really interact with other people. After many arguments and tears and promises, her father accepted. The only condition was that she come straight home after classes and no leading on any boys. She was only able to go to after school functions if she told her mother and father both in advance and with their approval. Misaki gladly accepted his conditions and promised to obey.
The school year started as she thought it would. Everyone stared at her knowing exactly who she was. Her beauty could not compare to the other girls in the class and that made a few of them jealous. For the first couple of months she kept to herself and observed how things were. She kept her grades up and had no issues from her parents about anything. Over the years she had made a few friends, went to a few school activities and kept her grades at an all time high. She was the top of her class every year. Things changed a bit her last year.
It was getting time for a school festival. Misaki had not gone to one in all of her years in high school so she thought it would be nice to attend one. She knew it was going to be at night and that her parents would probably refuse her request to go but this did not stop her from asking. She called her mother who was currently in Dubai and got her to agree. Her mother even told Misaki that she could wear her kimono that she had in her closet. Misaki was more than pleased. She then called her father who she knew would have more to say. He flat out said no. Misaki broke down on the phone crying and tried to plead her case. He was not having one part of it. He didn't trust people and knew that anything could happen. He alerted the security at the house and warned them not to let Misaki go.
A defeated Misaki was still determined to go to the festival that her friends had worked so hard on. She snuck out of the house and ran as fast as she could in her mother's kimono. She got to the school in time for the fireworks. She stood next to a man she had not seen before and he whispered something in her ear about how lovely the fireworks were. Misaki agreed with him. The mysterious man then grabbed her arm and ran to where no one could see them. He held his hand to her mouth and started to rip off her clothes. He raped her and then killed her with a knife to the stomach. She wasn't found for another two days. | |
